The
Diamond Directors staff consists of
current and former professional and collegiate
baseball players. We offer lots of knowledge
and experience to every player in attendance.
Players will receive lots of repetition as
well as developing a good foundation of how
to practice for development.
Our first clinic on October 6th was a success, continue to check the site for our next clinic date.
L.E.A.D. is an acronym that stands for: Leading with Education,
Advice and Direction. Our mission is to provide
youth with opportunities
that will challenge and enrich their lives academically,
athletically,
inspirationally and prepare them to be positive
leaders in their communities
and world. Our target is the population of youth,
who for various reasons,
are experiencing socioeconomic hardships. L.E.A.D.
aims to provide the
necessary guidance in both sports and life
for these deserving yet disadvantaged youth;
ultimately eliminating those
circumstances
that continually result in their detriment.
L.E.A.D. is focused and founded on the premise that all children
deserve
the opportunity to chase their dreams. As the
founder of L.E.A.D, I believe
that the lack of resources should not be the
barrier between
gangs/violence/drugs and success, especially
when there are ways to tap into
these vital resources. Resources such as access
to professional academic and
athletic training, access to area mentors and
apprenticeship opportunities
and to workshops that promote and educate youth
on self worth and
volunteerism.
The charge this organization has to keep is a tremendous one. Likewise,
the
devastated condition of our youth is a tremendous
situation as well. We are
committed to touching and positively changing
the lives of the youth we meet
and we hope that everyone who visits this site
has the heart and dedication
to BE A LEADER!
There is a maximum participation limit of
100 players for this event. Additional registered
players will be on a waiting list in case confirmed
registered players are able to attend. Players
on the waiting list will be contacted by phone
or email if a spot becomes available.
Please complete the entire online registration
form in order to secure your spot for the clinic.
You will receive a confirmation letter, phone call
and or email prior to the clinic to confirm your
spot for the clinic.
All players are required to have a completed
waiver on file prior to attending the clinic. Waiver
forms must be mailed to 358 Roswell Street, #2180,
